Malaysia International Game Show set for this weekend

Highlights include One Asia Cup 2011 featuring FIFA Online 2 and the Tekken Tag Tournament HD Challenge.

Malaysian gamers can check out the Malaysia International Game Show, a games event from December 2 to 4. The event will be held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre at the Mid Valley Megamall in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The show floor will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for all three days.

The exhibition will be showcasing a few tournaments like the One Asia Cup 2011 featuring the massively multiplayer online sports title FIFA Online 2. The competition will be held from December 2 to 4 and will have groups from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam competing against each other. The first prize is a grand total of RM10,000 ($3,182) with a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate keyboard, a keyboard bag, a bottle, a T-shirt, and a beanie.

A Tekken Tag Tournament HD Challenge using the recently out Tekken Hybrid will also be held on December 4 in the event from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thirty-two players will have to face off against each other in single-round elimination. The winner walks home with a PlayStation 3 160GB console.
