Ubi Soft has announced plans to release a version 1.2 update for IL-2 Sturmovik in three weeks that will add new content to the game. The update will include four new flyable aircraft--the Yak-9, Yak-9D, Bf-109-E-7/NZ, and Ju-87B-2--as well as 10 new single-player missions and six new cooperative online missions. The screenshots linked above show the planes included in the update.

We'll post more information on the update when it's released. There's also a full expansion, IL-2 Sturmovik: The Forgotten Battles, due out later this year. For more information, read our full review of the game.
