Looney Tunes: Back in Action is the upcoming Game Boy Advance game based on the new Looney Tunes film due this fall. The game is being developed at UK-based Warthog and will mirror its console cousins and follow the plot of the film. You'll take control of Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck in a 2D isometric platformer that features four levels from the console game.

Looney Tunes: Back in Action will feature basically the same style of gameplay as the console games, including platformer and puzzle-solving elements. You'll be able to switch between both of the characters on the fly in order to tackle the various puzzles and enemies you'll encounter. The one notable difference between the GBA game's structure and the console games' structure are the racing levels that will link the four main levels together.

The game's graphics seem very detailed and animate smoothly. A great deal of attention has been paid to Bugs and Daffy's animations, which adds quite a bit to the presentation. The enemies in the game aren't quite as well animated, but they still look good.

From what we've seen, Looney Tunes: Back in Action is looking good. The game's visuals are doing a good job of capturing the look of the Looney Tunes, and the gameplay is easy to pick up. Looney Tunes: Back in Action is scheduled to ship this fall for the Game Boy Advance.
