Limelight to deliver content for Phantom

Infinium Labs and Limelight Networks have reached an agreement where content for the Phantom, Infinium's upcoming on-demand game service, will stream over the Limelight network. The deal allows games purchased by Phantom subscribers to be distributed via broadband using Limelight's ContentEdge delivery platform and worldwide network of operation centers. Limelight will also be in charge of managing network traffic and preventing interruptions in service. The Phantom game service is scheduled to launch in 2005.
