A trailer for Dishonored 2 has leaked, ahead of Bethesda's E3 2016 press conference later today. The video, which you can watch here, features gameplay from Arkane Studios' upcoming sequel.

The trailer opens with a quick introduction to Dishonored 2's new setting, Karnaca, where a guard looks to be executing a citizen of the city. It moves on to show a female character, presumably Emily Kaldwin, falling into The Void, an alternate dimension inhabited by The Outsider.

This sequence is likely depicting how Emily acquires her supernatural abilities. The Outsider is shown catching Emily as she falls, and we get a good look at him. He looks like he's aged somewhat since the last game.

We also get to see some of Emily's abilities, including Mesmerize, which summons a strange obelisk to ensnare onlookers, and Shadow Walk. The game's new mechanical enemies are also featured throughout.

As previously announced, Dishonored 2's release date has been confirmed as November 11. It will be released for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Dishonored 2 is set to be showcased during Bethesda's E3 2016 press conference, which begins at 7 PM PST / 9 PM EST. You can watch it on GameSpot here.
