LaRocco Competes in 989 Tourney

989 Sports announced on Thursday that champion supercross and motocross racer Mike LaRocco will compete in a virtual race on 989 Spots' SuperCross Circuit video game. Hopefully, the results may be a good indication of who will win the real US Open in Las Vegas on Sunday, October 10.

"SuperCross Circuit features 17 champion racers, licensed bikes, authentic tracks, and unprecedented gameplay," said Jeffrey Fox, vice president of marketing for 989 Studios. "SuperCross Circuit has set the standard in the supercross video-game racing genre, and we are very excited to have Mike LaRocco test his mettle in 989 Sports' US Open Race Before the Race."

SuperCross Circuit for the PlayStation will be released this November.
