La Femme Nikita games in development
La Femme Nikita video games--based closely on the television show--will be released on multiple next-generation platforms.
Infogrames has announced that through its licensing agreement with Warner Bros., the company will release a La Femme Nikita video game for multiple next-generation consoles. The game is based on the popular television series and borrows its plot from the show. Players can assume the role of either Michael, an operative within the antiterrorist group Section One, or Nikita herself. La Femme Nikita combines action and cooperative gameplay through six story-driven missions. During these nonlinear missions, players will have to infiltrate enemy strongholds by using teamwork and skill.
"This agreement is another wonderful step in maintaining what has been a winning partnership between Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Infogrames," said Michael Harkavy, vice president of publishing, music, and interactive entertainment for Warner Bros. Consumer Products. "From Looney Tunes to Wacky Races, Infogrames continues to successfully create engaging video games based on our exciting entertainment properties."
Other licensed Infogrames properties include Looney Tunes, Dragon Ball Z, and Peanuts.
