Konami announces She, the Ultimate Weapon for the PS2

On Tuesday, Konami announced that it will release an adventure game based on the Japanese comic She, the Ultimate Weapon for the PlayStation 2. Created by Shin Takahashi, the comic book has sold more than 2 million copies in Japan. The love story is about a high school boy named Shuji who meets and falls in love with a young girl named Chise, who happens to be an "ultimate weapon." Though no details have been revealed about the game, the company has labeled it a "multi-story, multi-ending love adventure game."

The game will be developed by Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo, and it is scheduled for a spring 2003 release in Japan.
