Konami Announces Firefighter F.D.18

Konami has today announced Firefighter F.D.18 for the PlayStation 2. In the game you'll assume the role of a firefighter named Dean McGregor, who, along with a news reporter named Emilie Arquette, finds himself embroiled in a mystery involving the random eruption of fires in a sprawling metropolis. As you progress through the game you'll have to deal with realistic simulations of fire, including back drafts, flashovers, and chemical explosions.

Firefighter F.D.18 is currently scheduled for release in February next year. We'll bring you more information on the game as soon as it becomes available.
