Knockout Kings ships for the PlayStation 2, Xbox

EA's latest boxing game is now available in North America.

Electronic Arts has announced that Knockout Kings 2002 has shipped for both the PlayStation 2 and the Xbox. The game features a group of current boxers like Oscar De La Hoya, Lennox Lewis, and Felix Trinidad, as well as legends such as Muhammad Ali, Joe Frazier, and Sugar Ray Leonard. There will be a total of 40 boxers to choose from, but players will also be able to create their own boxer to take through the ranks of the career mode, which includes lightweight, middleweight, and heavyweight divisions. Larry Michael and Max Kellerman provided commentary for the game.
