King's Quest inspires new music composition. Premiere concert on Friday.

Roberta Williams' King's Quest: Mask of Eternity has inspired a composer and music professor to create a 12-minute music composition called Daventry Suite. Music lovers will be able to hear the work performed for the first time by Dr. Bruce Moss and the Bowling Green State University Fall Wind Ensemble on November 12 at the Moore Musical Arts Center at Bowling Green State University.

"Daventry Suite is an imaginary sequel to King's Quest: Mask of Eternity," said Donald M. Wilson, Daventry Suite's composer and Professor Emeritus. "It was written as a musical tribute to composers Kevin Manthei, Ben Houge, and Mark Seibert for their excellent soundtrack, which is what initially attracted me to the game itself and drew me into playing it."
