The release of Just Cause 3 is now just about a week away, and developer Avalanche Studios has finally shared the level of hardware you'll need in order to play on PC.

As is increasingly common for PC games, Just Cause 3 requires a 64-bit operating system. You'll also need at least a GTX 670 or HD 7870 with 2 GB of memory in order to play. To hit the recommended specs, that bumps up to a 3 GB GTX 780 or 4 GB R9 290.

  • OS: Vista SP2, Win 7 SP1, Win 8.1 (64-bit required)
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K, 3.3 GHz / AMD Phenom II X6 1075T 3 GHz
  • Memory: 6 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 (2 GB) / AMD Radeon HD 7870 (2 GB)

Recommended Specifications

  • OS: Vista SP2, Win 7 SP1, Win 8.1 (64-bit required)
  • CPU: Intel Core i7-3770, 3.4 GHz / AMD FX-8350, 4.0 GHz
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 (3 GB) / AMD R9 290 (4 GB)
