Interactive Magic Goes Public
First few days on the market, I-Magic's makes gains with investors.
Interactive Magic announced on Wednesday that its initial public offering (IPO) of 2.6 million shares of Common Stock was declared "effective" by the SEC and was subsequently approved for listing on NASDAQ under the IMGK symbol, priced at US$8 per share.
After undergoing a sluggish but positive start Wednesday, by the close of the market on Thursday Interactive Magic stock had jumped up to 14 points, an increase of over 50 percent.
