Infogrames To Buy Accolade?

Word on the web is that Infogrames is continuing its buying spree and has focused its next acquisition on Accolade. While no one is talking just yet, neither of the companies has given any indication that the acquisition isn't happening. An Infogrames representative only replied with "No comment." On the Accolade side, a representative would only say, "Nothing to announce yet."

Infogrames has already purchased UK-based Gremlin Interactive, 65 percent of Aussie distributor Ozisoft, and the gaming business of Austrailian software distributor Beam International Limited.
