Imperium Galactica III demo next month

CDV Software has announced that it will release a playable demo of its upcoming space strategy game, Imperium Galactica III: Genesis, in mid-December. The game is in development at Philos Laboratories, which is also developing the upcoming strategy game Escape from Alcatraz.

Imperium Galactica III takes place in the year 2040, when an alien force has taken over Earth. Players must establish colonies on other planets, build their forces, and eventually restore Earth to human control. The game is scheduled for release in early 2002.
