Ubi Soft has released an update for IL-2 Sturmovik, its latest World War II flight combat game. The patch updates the game to version 1.02b, and it includes aircraft updates, new weapon sets, and other improvements.
IL-2 Sturmovik was developed by Maddox Games and released in mid-November. The game re-creates air battles from World War II's eastern front, and it lets players control one of 31 different Russian and German aircraft in a variety of missions. Missions include air-to-air combat, air-to-ground combat, search-and-destroy, and escort scenarios. The game's multiplayer mode supports up to 32 players in dogfights or up to 16 players in a cooperative squadron. For more information, read our full review of the game.
