Sierra announced today that the latest installment in its best-selling Hoyle game series is now available for the Game Boy Color. Hoyle Casino, which is based on the PC and Mac version, offers blackjack, poker, pai gow poker, craps, roulette, slots, and video poker, and it lets two players compete via the link cable. Those unfamiliar with the nuances of gambling can learn from a built-in tutorial, which provides hints and winning strategies.

"Many people may be surprised to know that are 11 million Game Boy Color handheld systems in the US," said Steve Van Horn, senior vice president and business unit manager for Sierra's Casual Entertainment Division.
