Hot Date still hot

Electronic Arts' virtual life game expansion retains the lead on NPD's latest list of best-selling PC games.

Electronic Arts' The Sims: Hot Date, the latest expansion pack for the popular virtual life game, The Sims, took the top spot once again in NPD Intelect's latest weekly list of best-selling PC games. Second place went to Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, EA's action-adventure game based on the popular fantasy novel by J.K. Rowling. Activision's latest first-person shooter, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, debuted in third place after its release on November 21, followed by Roller Coaster Tycoon, Infogrames' popular theme park management game. The Sims, EA's virtual life game, remained in fifth place.
