Interplay Entertainment has announced that its latest 3D real-time strategy game, Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising, has shipped to stores. The game combines real-time strategy with third-person action and simulation elements, and it is set in a peaceful futuristic world threatened by a group of warmongers. In order to maintain the peace, players assume command of a powerful ship capable of producing a number of war vehicles. The game's strategic mode lets players command up to 10 units at a time, and at any point in the battle, players can take direct control of a unit from a third-person perspective.

Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising was developed by UK-based Rage Software, and it will soon be available in stores for an approximate retail price of $39.95. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game. We'll post a full review of the game soon.
