Actor Kristian Nairn, who you may know as Hodor from Game of Thrones, is also an electronic music producer. He will DJ at a BlizzCon event next week, Blizzard announced today.

Nairn will be the DJ for Blizzard's 25th anniversary bash, to be held on Friday, November 4, from 8-10 PM PT in the Grand Plaza outside the Anaheim Convention Center. BlizzCon is sold out, but this event is free and open to the public. There will also be food, anniversary-themed drinks, and a concert from the rock band Songhammer, which won a contest to perform at the event. You can learn more about the party at its official event page here.

In other news about BlizzCon and music, Blizzard has announced that "Weird Al" Yankovic will close out BlizzCon 2016 with a performance on Saturday, November 5.

Last month, Nairn talked about his gaming habits, saying he spends "way too much" time playing games. Because he travels often (he was just in Australia for a DJ gig), Nairn said he plays a lot of games on his laptop and smartphone. He's also a big fan of World of Warcraft and even voices an orc character in the game's Warlords of Draenor expansion.

"I've been playing games since the ZX Spectrum, before that I had Atari computers as well. I've always been a gamer," he said.

Nairn also has a marketing agreement with the game King of Avalon.

As for Game of Thrones, it returns for its seventh season in 2017, with an eighth and potentially final season presumably premiering the next year. Season 7 will arrive later than previous seasons, which have usually premiered in April each year. HBO reportedly wants to film in more wintry scenes, which meant production was pushed back.
