Here's When Street Fighter 5 DLC Character Ibuki and Story Mode Will Arrive
Ibuki and Story mode will land at the end of June, Capcom clarifies.
Street Fighter V DLC character Ibuki will arrive in the fighting game toward the end of June, which is also when the Story mode is coming out, Capcom has confirmed.
The publisher clarified Ibuki's release timing in a tweet today.
We wanted to clear up the confusion around the release of Ibuki in #SFV. She will be released alongside Story Mode at the end of June.

In December last year, Capcom confirmed Ibuki alongside five other characters who would be added to Street Fighter V post-launch. She will be the game's third DLC character, following Alex and Guile. The remaining characters are Balrog, Juri, and Urien.
All six characters are earnable through gameplay without having to pay, though they can also be purchased with real money.
Ibuki, who first appeared in 1997's Street Fighter III: New Generation, has "loads of new ninjutsu tricks up her sleeve," Capcom said in a blog post. She has always been a mobile character, and this will also be true for her appearance in Street Fighter V.
One of her new moves is the ability to fly through the air for a period of time and throw "ninja bombs." Check out the post for a full rundown of her moves and more.

In other news related to Street Fighter V, Capcom recently announced that in wake of the fighting game's underperformance and struggles, the publisher's new plan is to "prioritize completeness even if it requires some scheduling adjustments."
