Square Enix announced today that it will hold the next Active Time Report broadcast, a video series dedicated to Final Fantasy XV, during E3 2016 in June. DualShockers reports that this information was shared today during a Japanese broadcast for the long-in-development RPG.

No Caption Provided

No mention was made regarding what will be shown or discussed during the event, but it is expected that this broadcast, like others before it, will include English captions. It is also likely that game director Hajime Tabata will appear in the broadcast.

Additionally, it may be that more news about Final Fantasy XV will be shared before June through other means, but this is not confirmed. E3 2016 runs June 14-16 in Los Angeles, though there are also events on June 12 and 13. An exact date for the Active Time Report was not announced.

In other news about Final Fantasy XV, Square Enix has confirmed that it will produce more Collector's Edition copies of the game, though it cannot guarantee they will be available by launch.

Final Fantasy XV launches on September 30. A playable demo was recently released; you can read more about how the two versions compare here and what Square Enix has to say about some of the technical complaints here. An anime prequel is also on the way, as is a feature film.
