Now Playing: GS News Update: Ghost Recon Wildlands Open Beta Start Time Revealed

The open beta for Ubisoft's squad-based shooter Ghost Recon: Wildlands is almost here. The beta begins on February 23, and now we know exactly when the servers go live.

According to VG247, Ubisoft has confirmed that the game will be playable starting at 3 AM PT on February 23, which comes out to 6 AM ET and 11 AM GMT. This applies to all platforms: PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

The file size is around 24 GB on all systems. You can preload it right now.

The beta includes everything from the closed beta, as well as more content in the form of a province called Montuyoc. "Set in the Bolivian Altiplano region, this province contains heavily defended strongholds where the Santa Blanca trains some of its toughest soldiers," Ubisoft explained. Santa Blanca is the drug cartel that players are trying to take down in the game.
