Among the big changes introduced in the April update is new bosses for the Prison of Elders and a harder difficulty mode. A scorecard that keeps track of your progress week after week will also be introduced.

There will also be new armor, including Chroma gear that can glow various colours and items that resemble the distinctive look of the Taken. Acquiring the full set of Taken armor will unlock a new Taken emote for free.

A number of Year One Legendaries and Exotics are being bumped up to Year Two levels, expanding the pool of viable weapon choices. You can see the full list of those here. Further details on weapon balance changes can be found here.

On top of everything else in this update, anyone on PS3 or PS4 will be getting even more content in the form of exclusive armor, an Exotic weapon, and a Sparrow.
