After releasing a trailer yesterday for Killer Instinct's next DLC character, Mira, developer Iron Galaxy has now announced when she'll arrive in the free-to-play fighting game for Xbox One and PC. Mira will be available starting this Wednesday, April 27, the developer confirmed on Twitter.

You can get Mira through the the Killer Instinct Season 3 Combo Breaker pack. This sells for $20 and comes with eight characters in all, including Rash, Arbiter, Kim Wu, and Tusk, who are already available. If you're only interested in Mira, she will likely be available for $5, the price of other standalone characters.

Now Playing: Killer Instinct - Mira's Trailer

The next Killer Instinct DLC character after Mira will be Gargos, who comes out in May. Players can also expect a new character in both June and July. A recent leak may have revealed the identity of one of those characters as Gears of War villain General Raam.

In addition to more characters, Iron Galaxy is working on a single-player mode called Shadow Lords for Killer Instinct. It will be released later in Season 3, but a release date has not been announced.

In other recent news about Killer Instinct, the game attracted six million unique players in March 2016 across both platforms, representing a new record.
