Last month, a listing for a Wii version of Capcom's upcoming Harvey Birdman surfaced on the rental site GameFly, which indicated that the Cartoon Network's star superhero-turned-attorney would be spreading his wings on additional platforms. The publisher confirmed this today, with the announcement that Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law would be released on the Wii as well as the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable. All three versions of the game will ship to North American stores on November 13.

Originally announced in April, Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law is being developed by Hoffman Estates, Illinois-based High Voltage Software, makers of the most recent Leisure Suit Larry game and the Hunter: The Reckoning series. The game will feature the show's familiar cast of characters, including Peter "Did you get that thing I sent ya?" Potamus, the insatiable Gigi, and the mumbling Vulture.

The deal is part of Capcom's ongoing efforts to go after more TV and film licenses, and one of the first publicly acknowledged fruits of its increased presence in Los Angeles.
