This would be somewhat familiar territory for Harrelson, as his Hunger Games character, Haymitch, is a mentor of sorts to Jennifer Lawrence's Katniss.

There is no word yet on the name of the character Harrelson would play in the Han Solo movie, nor are any details available regarding other actors that might be in talks for the role. Disney declined to comment.

The Han Solo movie is due out in 2018. Directed by The Lego Movie and 21 Jump Street's Phil Lord and Chris Miller, the film stars Alden Ehrenreic as Han Solo. Donald Glover plays Lando Calrissian, while Emilia Clarke also has a role in the film.
