Halo TV series in the works with Steven Spielberg
Microsoft producing live-action TV series based on iconic FPS series with the help of <i>Saving Private Ryan</i> director.
Microsoft today announced that it will produce a live-action television series based on its billion-dollar Halo series. It will be available only through Xbox One, Microsoft's just-announced next-generation platform.
Series developer 343 Industries will oversee development on the show, with Hollywood director Steven Spielberg also attached to the project.
It is unclear what role the Saving Private Ryan and Schindler's List director will play in the production of the Halo TV show.
