The Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn Blu ray must have sold like bread considering that the PS3 has a Blu ray player. Oh wait.

Watched it through Machinima. I'm surprised how good it was. Gave me chills at several points and the covenant was actually scaring the shit out of me for the first time in my life. The Elite if you know what I mean. DAMN.

Wonder how many Xbox owners watched the Halo Blu-Ray on their 360...

For a live action trailer/show it was surprisingly solid. Most of the time they're awful.

Hey, Forward Unto Dawn was surprisingly good. I wouldn't call it great (at least, not as a whole, but certain parts definitely were really well done) but it is without doubt worth watching if your a fan of Halo. A full fledged Halo movie on the other hand... well that's something that's going to need a lot of dedication from a lot of good filmmakers. But it can be done and if they go through with it I hope it turns out for the best. I wouldn't be opposed to the first truly good video game movie being Halo. Hell, I wouldn't even mind it not focusing on Master Chief. Its a pretty cool universe and the games have MC covered pretty well, lets see some of the other stories to be told.

How could anyone thinks this series sucked?  I thought it was awesome.  The Live Action Halo was pretty dang awesome, the weapons, the characters, the vehicles, etc.

I really hope they make more of these, a LOT more.

They made all those sales because there isn't any other option for a Halo movie.  It's all you have available.

This was so lame and cheasy........... I just wanted to slap all the kids in the video for their awful acting.

I actually didn't mind the different voice actor for Chief, cause it did make him sound a tad younger, which is cannon, right?

Definitely a good series.

Hmm...I wonder if this is a practice run before attempting a full fledged movie? I know MS wants to do one, but they don't want to cooperate with other studios.

It was alright (in a good way). Now, don't take this as perverted, but I thought Anna Popplewell was gorgeous in it. I thought it was too bad they had another voice actor for Chief, it made it somewhat less impactful. The invasion was actually pretty intense. Overall, while I did enjoy it, I kind of consider it a waste of time if your intention was to watch it merely because Halo 4's release.

This was pretty good. I do enjoy all of Microsofts Live Action Trailers. They are always well made.

Not too surprising. I thought it was pretty decent for a video series based off of a video game.

I think this series breaks the record regarding the amount of BS army clichés per second. Everything is there: the maverick soldier tormented by his past that has to live in the shadow of his parents, the ad nausea use of the words honor and (of course) freedom, etc. Even the title is absolutely cheesy. Anyway...

So, make a live-action Halo movie with a $150 million+ budget. Its basically a fail-proof thing at this point.

@NTM23 saying some one is gorgeous isnt perverted. when someone starts a sentence with dont take this as perverted it makes one think..."im not racsist, but...

@Spartan_418 That is what MS WANTED to do, but the studios they partnered with, including Peter Jackson's studio, dropped the ball at literally the last minute and tried to change the deal into a weak $40 million movie. MS told them to "F" themselves.

@deth420 True, but still, some may see it as perverted if I didn't put it that way.
