For those who can't wait that long for an Oasis fix, Activision is releasing a three-song track pack pulled from Dig Out Your Soul on November 6. The pack will include the first single of the new album, "The Shock of the Lightning," as well as "Bag it Up" and "Waiting for the Rapture."

Pricing details for the album and the track pack were not disclosed. It is unclear if customers who purchase the track pack will get any kind of discount on a purchase of the full album next year, but the album will be available as individual tracks as well. Activision representatives were unavailable when GameSpot sought clarification.

Released in stores on October 6, Dig Out Your Soul features 11 new songs primarily written by Noel or Liam Gallagher, and runs just over 45 minutes long. Guitar Hero: World Tour is expected to arrive in stores on Sunday, October 26.
