Guitar Hero Live Adds These Love Songs for Valentine's Day

Love is in the air in Guitar Hero Live. To celebrate Valentine's Day, Activision is adding new love-themed songs from across the eras to the music game, including Bon Jovi's "You Give Love a Bad Name" and "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" from The Darkness, among others.

The two new Premium shows are outlined below.

Ballads of Love

  • Chris Cornell – "Arms Around Your Love"
  • Hoobastank – "The Reason"
  • Goo Goo Dolls - "Iris"

Love on the Rocks

  • Bon Jovi – "You Give Love a Bad Name"
  • Motorhead – "Heartbreaker"
  • The Darkness – "I Believe in a Thing Called Love"

Additionally, Activision has announced a special sale on Guitar Hero Live's "Hero Cash" virtual currency. Starting Friday, February 12, all Hero Cash (and Play Token bundles) can be purchased for half-off. The promotion ends Monday, February 15.

The love-themed songs weren't the only new tracks added to Guitar Hero Live this week, as Activision is also putting out new songs from artists nominated for a Grammy at the upcoming awards.
