GTA Online's Capture Creator out now

Rockstar will invite the four best Capture Jobs creators to talk about their work over a live Twitch broadcast.

Grand Theft Auto V players can now create and customize their own Capture Jobs for Grand Theft Auto Online using the game's Creator tool, Rockstar Games has announced.

To celebrate the update, Rockstar will select four of the best Capture Jobs creators and give them a chance to score one million in the game’s currency as well as an exclusive in-game CAPTURE license plate. The four official selections will become Rockstar Verified Jobs, and their makers will also join Rockstar on a future live Twitch broadcast to talk about their creations.

If you want to participate and not sure how this all works, Rockstar released a PDF guide that will get you started on creating your own Capture Jobs. The deadline for submissions is 11:59 PM Eastern on Sunday.

Finally, Rockstar announced that it’s extending the 2X GTA$ and RP period leading up to the Capture Creator release. Playing any Capture Jobs will now earn you double GTA$ and RP through Sunday, April 20.

Rockstar is still planning to bring Heists to GTA Online sometime this spring, but has not said when specifically this long-awaited feature will be introduced.

They didnt release a PC version because of this GTA online sht? how sad.

I have faith it will be on PC eventually. but to work hard on the MP of a GTA and not get it on PC as soon as possible isnt cool.

Fuck off with Multiplayer. it sucks.

Single Player DLC dammit.

Still waiting for the single-player dlc. I would prefer that over the multiplayer stuff.

Capture is the least interesting mode on GTA5 (in my opinion).... custom survivor I would like to see.

Lots of news articles this weekend. That's unusual for gamespot.

I love GTA and played online to death but haven't in months, got a bit boring.

After having 3 million of legit money taken from me, I E-mailed rockstar telling them to fuck themselves and quit playing.

The fundamental flaw in the online mode for me is the money system. It holds back the fun you can have and the freedom you can have. I'd love to see them introduce the free mode style GTA 4 had with less restrictions or optional settings so you could have a bit more fun, but that would negate the use for money in game and such, would most likely kill off the microtranactions - something they are clearly not willing to sacrifice.

Bring to PC NOW!

please :(

It is uninspired and boring filler until the heists come out!

Sorry Rockstar, I think you are great but this is not what the online portion of the game needs atm. It needs some new inspired fun, not capture jobs that no one wanted to play before the capture creator came out.

I'm sure you'll get there eventually but after playing for barely 30 minutes today, I already got bored and frustrated at the fact no one wants to do anything but kill you and run away.

The reasons for this are simple enough, everyone has done the co-op missions etc. Now there is nothing keeping them there except causing chaos.

How is this different from any rockstar game? Max Payne 3 is the only one I can think of that was released on PC along side consoles. Their greatest game in my opinion, red dead redemption has yet to come to PC.

It's troll heaven, so I guess it's fun for some people.

@randomkidlol  It's because of PAX.  Not saying every article is news from PAX, but certainly it's the reason for there being so many.

Nothing unusual about it at all. All they do is go to other websites and plagiarize everybody elses work.

Nothing better then a begging PC gamer in public. LOL

@punksterdaddy not surprised though, most games of this sort tend to get pretty boring fast, especially when it feels like they're holding out alot of content just to get more and more player counts i guess. Nonetheless i hope more things get added sooner.

@canuckbiker  you are right, Rockstar has always been a console focused company. GTA 3 i think took 2 years before it arrived on PC.

@DARKSPACE @ffspyda

lol. Consolefags think developers create the games on the actual console...when really they needa computer to pretty much create everything about their shitty games. So yes. We are the PC Master Race. Without us, you wouldn't have your piss poor consoles that still can't fully game in 1080p, even though PC games have been doing it for over 9 years now.

you guys ready for your HD Re-releases of Games that are already in HD?

@notfrylock1987 @DARKSPACE@ffspyda Go back to school dummy, console gamers keeping gaming industry alive. Do you really think that developers love you for getting all games on steam for £5? All pc gamers whom declare themselves "master race" are cheapskates. And before you call me a funboy I own gaming PC, Xbox 360, PS2, 3 & 4, Wii, Vita and Xbox One soon.

Actually without consoles the entire gaming industry would have collapsed trying to service only PC gamers. I don't know if you remember a decade ago, but PC gaming was almost dead, console software sales kept the game market going.
