GT Named in Court Documents

GT Interactive reportedly faces two class action suits alleging that certain GT officers and board members inflated GT's stock price in order to sell their own shares of GT stock at favorable prices. A suit reportedly filed Wednesday seeks damages for GT shareholders who bought stock between August 1, 1996 and December 12, 1997.
