GT Board Announcement
GT Interactive announces a new addition to its board of directors.
The company announced that Matthew C. Blank, chairman and CEO of Showtime Networks Inc., has joined its board.
"Matthew Blank brings vital entertainment-industry insight that will augment the strength of our board, particularly as the interactive industry continues to mirror the trends of its TV, film, and home video counterparts," said GT chairman and CEO Ron Chaimowitz.
Blank began working for Showtime in 1988, after spending a dozen years at HBO.
