Activision Value has announced that Golf Resort Tycoon II, its latest golf-course management game, has shipped and will soon arrive in stores. The game is a follow-up to last year's Golf Resort Tycoon, and it will let players design, build, and play through their own golf courses. Players can customize their resort by adding putting greens, flower gardens, pro shops, rental shops, food and beverage stands, and even a swimming pool.

"Golf Resort Tycoon II builds on the unique experience of going behind the scenes to design, build, and manage the ultimate resort, and adds the challenge of actually playing on the course," said Danny Hammett, president of Activision Value. "The game is a unique blend of strategy and creative elements combined with all the challenges of playing a round on your own dream creation."

Golf Resort Tycoon II was developed by Cat Daddy Games, and it will soon be available in stores for an approximate retail price of $19.99.
