Godzilla's Ready for His Close-Up

Smile for the camera. New Godzilla shots show him up close and personal on the Sega Dreamcast.

Comments

Sega is on a roll. It continues to release new screens of the King of the Monsters - with new shots going up on its site yesterday and today.

The latest screens show Godzilla close-up, so you can see what he's made of. Godzilla's skin is nicely textured, and it appears to use bump mapping to achieve the nicely textured look. In another picture we see Godzilla's side and back in more detail, revealing an amazingly detailed look. His bony, horn-covered back and scales are very realistic looking.

We'll keep an eye out for more on Godzilla as it becomes available. Until then, check out these new shots from Sega Enterprises' web site.
