German publisher lands in Las Vegas

Topware Interactive Inc. has immigrated to the United States. The original company's assets have been purchased by Zuxxez, the developer of Earth 2160, and reincorporated in Las Vegas, Nevada, a state that has often acted as a tax shelter for corporations in need. The move is intended to bring Topware into the American publishing and distribution market. The game has been in development since 2001.
