THQ has today announced that Full Spectrum Warrior will be playable for the first time at Microsoft's X03 event in France September 16-17. Originally developed for the US Army by Pandemic Studios, Full Spectrum Warrior is currently being enhanced for public consumption early next year.

"With its unique tactical action style of gameplay and roots as an actual US Army training simulator, Full Spectrum Warrior allows players to experience the precision and emotion of modern-day military operations," said Jack Sorensen, executive vice president of worldwide studios for THQ. "We're delighted with initial press response to the game and believe X03 is the perfect opportunity to give game industry opinion leaders their first hands-on experience with Full Spectrum Warrior."

We'll be reporting live from X03 later this week, so be sure to check back for our hands-on impressions of Full Spectrum Warrior. In the meantime, you might be interested to check out our previous coverage of the game.
