Avril Lavigne may sit pretty with Burnout Dominator, but with a street basketball game? Not so much. For its upcoming massively multiplayer online basketball game (editor's note: yes, you read that correctly) Freestyle Street Basketball, Sierra Online is enlisting the help of hip-hop artists from 50 Cent's G-Unit posse.

Leading the way is rapper Lloyd Banks, followed by new G-Unit member Young Hot Rod and producer Sha Money XL. Sha Money will produce all the tracks on the album and contribute seven original beats to the game.

Freestyle Street Basketball, a PC exclusive, is currently accepting registrants for its free preview, which will begin this spring. In the game, players challenge each other to matches of one-on-one, two-on-two, or three-on-three on virtual courts. The game is presently available in Asia, where it has more than 30 million players.

For more information on the game, read GameSpot's previous coverage or visit the official Web site.
