Free Arma 3 Zeus DLC out now

Become the Dungeon Master of Arma 3.

You can now download the free Arma 3 Zeus DLC, developer Bohemia Interactive has announced.

First announced in February, Zeus is a new mode that takes inspiration from tabletop games such as Dungeons & Dragons. One player assumes the role of Game Master. Viewing the battlefield from a bird’s-eye perspective, the Game Master creates, manipulates, and expands the multiplayer experience in real-time for other players, just as a Dungeon Master would in a Dungeons & Dragons game. The easy-to-use editor enables you to spawn units, set objectives, change the weather conditions, start music, and much more.

You can play Arma 3 Zeus in a Game Master mode which starts you off with a blank canvas, or with the familiar cooperative, team deathmatch, and sector controls modes. It is also compatible with custom player-created scenarios.

The Arma 3 Zeus DLC has been added automatically to the Steam Library of all owners of Arma 3, so if you own it, you can start playing right now.

Words fail to describe the level of awesome Bohemia Interactive has reached - Please keep up the amazing work you're doing and never change.

This game / military simulator / sandbox is absolutely worth its price and with developers showing this much dedication it makes me very proud to be a PC gamer, also their community is great and their dedication shows in the various mods / scenarios / additional content that's available.

If they ever reach a point where they don't know what to do next, I'd love to see MechWarrior 2 redone in the ARMA 3 engine.

I'd literally die of awesome.

I love this game man. Ive spent well over 500 hours using Arma 2's editor making missions. Its so amazing. I think i might make a video tutorial on you tube on how to make missions, its pretty damn addictive and then playing them out is even more awesome. You can be as detailed as you want it to be to. Like change it from night time to day time half way through the mission, map markers, briefings for the start of your missions, everything. You can make it as exciting as COD, liek a hostage rescue with helicopter extraction or as grueling and realistic as you want it to be.

I made 1 mission that literally took me an hour and a half to finish and another mission that took me 5 minutes to finish.

I guess hitting enemies with bolts of lighting is part of a Shock n' Awe tactic.

Game's too buggy to enjoy. Not worth the time.

@RaymanDK Really? In almost 80 hours of playtime since I release I've yet to experience any game breaking bugs.

@RaymanDK @waffleiron88  Arma3 doesn't have any major bugs, so unless you're running broken mods, not sure where you're going with that.
