Fnatic will attend TI4 with Adrian 'Era' Kryeziu, as originally planned

Following last week's public confrontation between Valve and Fnatic, the five invited players in Johan 'BigDaddy' Sundstein, Tal 'Fly' Aizik, Kai 'H4nn1' Hanbueckers, Kalle 'Trixi' Haviinen and Adrian 'Era' Kryeziu will be competing together at TI4.

The collective Dota 2 community were still uncertain as to what would become of Fnatic's spot at TI4 this July as both Fnatic and Valve aired their disagreements with one another in public regarding Fnatic's wish to participate at the event together with Steve 'XCalibur' Ye, rather than their main carry throughout the years in Adrian 'Era' Kryeziu.

Today however, news broke out that Era will be travelling to Seattle as originally intended.

Fnatic has been in constant contact with Era and his family and we have been working with Valve to find a solution that can work out best for Era and his team to go against the best and take a shot at the $10,000,000 prize pool. Valve has gone over and above to make sure that Era's travel and stay in Seattle is as comfortable as possible. - Excerpt from the official Fnatic statement regarding The International 4.

Last week, Valve and Fnatic held a public dialogue with one another throughout a period of two days, starting with the eSports organisation making a press release about their situation at the time. Kryeziu's condition was still considered to be too fragile for the 18-year old to make the long flight to the US. The following back-and-forth consisted of Valve making their entire email chain with Fnatic CGO Patrik 'cArn' Sättermon, as well as Fnatic player Kai 'H4nn1' Hanbueckers, public in order to give the audience a chance to evaluate the situation on their own accord.

But now it seems that both organisations are treading on common ground regarding TI4. What's interesting to note is that XCalibur will also be attending the world's largest eSports event together with the team he's called home for this past month as a coach/analyst.

Lastly we would like to extend our heart felt gratitude to Steve "XCalibur" Ye who has been on the road with us for the last 4 weeks and has been very understanding and we will be sending him with the team as a Coach/Analyst to The International 4. We would also like to thank every single fan out there who supported not only us, but Era. It has been a tough few months but the support and kind words helped everyone get through it.

So get ready as Fnatic makes their way to The International 4! - Excerpt from the official Fnatic statement regarding The International 4.
