Rage recently announced that it is developing a new in-line skating game for the Sony PlayStation 2 and the Microsoft Xbox. Aptly titled SK8, the game features a comprehensive cast of some of the world's best competition and street skaters. Among the skaters included in the game are world champions Cesar Mora and Fabiola Da Silva and well-known street skater Jon Julio. In addition to the licensed skaters, the game also features a skater creator that will allow players to create their own custom skater.

In the game, skaters can compete in a variety of venues, including skate parks, shopping malls, and street-based environments. A skate park editor is also available to create custom courses.

SK8 will be released in Q4 2002. The screenshots shown are from the PlayStation 2 version of the game.
