First look: Boktai

Konami has released the first screenshots from Boktai, the Hideo Kojima-designed RPG formerly known as My Sun. Very few gameplay details have been released at this time, but we do know that the game cartridge will incorporate some kind of sunlight sensor that will affect the gameplay depending on how well lit the player's surroundings are.

It seems that the hero of the game is some kind of vampire hunter named Django, who will use the power of sunlight, along with a strange-looking gun, to combat his bloodsucking enemies.

No release dates have been announced for Boktai at this time, but we'll bring you more information on the game as it becomes available.
