First look: Army Men: RTS PS2

The 3DO Company has announced a PlayStation 2 port of Army Men RTS. Pandemic Studios, which developed games such as Dark Reign 2 and Battlezone II, is responsible for the development of Army Men: RTS. As its name suggests, Army Men: RTS is a real-time strategy game featuring little toy soldiers. A tutorial will acquaint players with the game's control scheme before they head out in battle to capture the Tan Army's bases. Army Men: RTS also includes a manually controllable camera system that lets players view the game from a top-down perspective or go right into the thick of the action with a close-up view.

Army Men: RTS will be released in March 2002.
