Being developed by Japanese developer Sammy, Viewpoint 2047 was arguably one of the hottest titles at this year's Space World show. Simply put, it is awesome to look at, and loads of fun to play. The game has two views - the traditional three-quarter angle, and a behind-the-spacecraft angle. As any typical shooter goes, you're given an assortment of guns, and it's your objective to blast your way through the levels. From what we saw of the game on the first day of the show, you're restricted to being on a flat plane the whole time (rather than a game like Star Fox, where you're free to fly around the screen).

One aspect of Viewpoint 2064 that really caught my eye was its huge bosses. There are some amazing enemy ships to battle - they take up a good majority of the screen and send off large weapon blasts.

Nintendo 64 shooter fans definitely have something to look forward to with Viewpoint 2064. The graphics rule, and the shooting action is intense. I was impressed.
