Final Dishonored DLC out August 13

The Brigmore Witches launching next month on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC for $10.

Bethesda announced today that the final downloadable content for Dishonored--titled The Brigmore Witches--will launch next month. The content will be available on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Steam for $10 on August 13, followed by a PS3 European release August 14.

In The Brigmore Witches, players continue their journey as assassin Daud and will bring the "twisted narrative" that began with The Knife of Dunwall (April) to a close.

"After discovering the identity and intentions of Delilah, the leader of the Brigmore Witch coven, you set out to disrupt her from completing a powerful ritual that will spell your doom," reads a line from the content's description.

"Having already been betrayed by your lieutenant, Billie Lurk, you must rely on feuding gang factions--the Dead Eels and the Hatters--to negotiate your way through previously unseen districts of Dunwall en route to Delilah’s stronghold."

Players' power, weapon, item upgrades, chaos level, and actions from The Knife of Dunwall will carry over to The Brigmore Witches through a save file option.

The first DLC pack for Dishonored was December's Dunwall City Trials, which introduced 10 new challenge maps to the game.

DLC for Dishonored may be coming to an end, but the franchise could continue. Bethesda said in November that the game sold beyond internal expectations, making future installments likely.

I'd like to play as either the outsider or with the outsider...maybe have both a single player campaign, and a co-op campaign similar to Dead Space 3?

Loved the first story can't wait for the next.

I hope they also use save file tranfer to Dishonored sequal as well.

Not a big DLC supporter...but for Dishonored I'm making an exception. Already got the first DLCs (on steam sales, of course)

Dunwall City Trials was a waste of money, but their second DLC was fun from start to finish. I'll probably be picking up this next installment.

Love the game, but not a big fan of their DLCs. They are way short. Why bother releasing something that you can have beaten in a few hours. DLCs should be longer and add significance to the gaming experience. I don't feel like theirs do.

Again, I love Dishonored and am very much looking forward to a follow up, but am pretty disappointed in what they put out so far for DLC.

@iomor27

DLCs should be longer than the original game? what are you smoking?

point me to one DLC that was bigger than the original game, just one.

I really doubt you can

I hate DLC, but THIS, this is DLC done right. Content created AFTER the game release that actually ADDs NEW content WORTH paying AND playing for.

Kudos to Arkane studios.

So this is basically a $100 game..... until the GOTY disc goes on sale for $20 in 8 months.  Suckers.

Never bought DLCs before and I don't see why I shouldn't now! :D

P.S.: Of course, for Dishonored and I'll get all of them.

The main game was kinda short for full price (Yes I played stealth, and yes I got all the collectables. Not that they justify the short length of the game). The second DLC was fine for 10 bucks (if it was 10) but I don't know if throwing 10 more bucks would worth 3 more missions.

@max-hit Yeah, I would like to know the average time to finish it first as well. ;)

@LordCrash88 Not caring to collect all items or do a no kill / no detection playthrough it takes something like 6 to 8 hours.

Of course you will probably love it and do a no kill / no detection playthrough and that takes longer.
