Nokia and Electronic Arts have today announced that an N-Gage version of FIFA Soccer 2004 will be available in stores before the end of the year. The 3D game will feature more than 300 soccer teams from around the world and will allow players to compete against each other via Bluetooth.
"We're bringing the world's most popular sports game to the world's newest handheld game deck," said Nancy Smith, executive vice president of North American publishing at EA. "EA Sports' FIFA Soccer 2004 is going to bring a new level of intensity to competition on the Nokia N-Gage."

Together with the unique mobile capabilities, Nokia N-Gage game deck allows users to play the latest global titles in a new way--multiplayer games connected locally via Bluetooth wireless technology," said Pasi Pölönen, director of game publishing, entertainment, and media business unit at Nokia. "The excellent graphics performance will also impress FIFA Soccer 2004 players on Nokia N-Gage and allow for the most complete and authentic soccer experience."
