Fez shown running on PS Vita
Polytron releases brief clip of platformer running on PlayStation Vita.
Polytron last night released a brief video clip of platformer Fez running on PlayStation Vita.
The Canadian developer wrote on Twitter, "Oh hey, what do we have here?" Linked to the message was a Vine clip showing what the game looks like on Sony's portable.
The video does not show much action, but in-game sound can be heard.
During Gamescom in August, Sony announced that Fez would be released on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PS Vita. A release date has not been announced. Blit Software is handling the port.
The original Fez was released on the Xbox 360 in 2012, after five years of development, and saw a PC release in 2013. It has since sold over 200,000 copies on Xbox 360 alone. Fish's journey to release the game was chronicled in Indie Game: The Movie.
Fez II was announced in May. However, Fish canceled the game in July and said he was quitting the industry altogether. His level of involvement in Polytron is not currently known.
