SCEA has sent us some beta keys for us to share with all of you. To receive a beta key please note the following instructions.

You must have:

… a PlayStation 3
… an active PlayStation 3 PSN ID
… the latest firmware to access the PlayStation Store
… 200MB free on your system
… Tuesday and Thursdays evenings available to test

The beta will last for two weeks. Much like other betas, those who receive the key will provide detailed feedback reports during the beta phase.
