Fall 2004 release for Rome: Total War

Activision announces that the third game in its popular Total War strategy series is on track for a fall 2004 release.

Activision has today announced that Rome: Total War is on track for a fall 2004 release. The game, which is currently in development at Creative Assembly, is the third in the historical Total War strategy series that also includes Shogun: Total War, and Medieval: Total War.

Rome: Total War focuses on the conflicts of the Roman Empire, and will allow players to assume command of armies of up to 10,000 units as they do battle with such legendary generals as Julius Caesar, Hannibal, and Spartacus.
